Rewards Program Upgrade
What’s even better than credit card rewards? Better rewards that are easier to use. We’re upgrading to a new and improved credit card rewards program to meet the changing needs of our members.
We expect the new rewards redemption program to go live in early May, but you'll still earn points now.
While you won't be able to see or redeem points after March 18th until the new program goes live, it will be worth the wait.
More and Better Reward Options
Existing Redemption Options
Cash Back, Gift Cards, and Travel will continue, with improved travel options.
New Redemption Options
New options include:
- Pay for gas with points at the pump
- Use points to complete in-store transactions
- Donate points to charities
Mobile Banking Access
The new program will let you view and redeem points through our Mobile Banking app (currently, you can only access your points through the desktop version of Online Banking).
Triple points until early May
We’re excited about the benefits of the new program, and happy to announce that you’ll earn triple points on purchases while the transition to the new program is under way (from March 19th to when the new program goes live in early May).
Both SF Fire Platinum Visa and SF Fire Business Visa cardholders can earn triple points.
How to access your rewards points
Once our upgrade to the new rewards points program is complete, you'll be able to view and redeem your points through either Online Banking or the Mobile Banking app, or you can call a dedicated rewards program customer service number.
