Restoring the Investments widget

A recent technical error in Online Banking removed the Investments widget from your Online Banking dashboard. Our apologies for the inconvenience. It can be re-added in a few short steps.

Investments Widget – Restoring Online Access

A recent technical error in Online Banking removed the Investments widget from your Online Banking dashboard. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Here are the steps needed to restore your access.

Restoring Access

To re-add the Investments widget to your Dashboard:

  • Find and click “More…” at the bottom of the vertical menu of widgets.

  • Find and click “Widget Options” in the horizontal tray displaying additional widgets.

  • Find “Investments” in the list of Available widgets and click “Add+”.

  • You’ll now find Investments in the list of Active To make it appear in the top five widgets that show up in the vertical menu on the Dashboard, click the star icon to Add to Favorites.

Signing In

Once you’ve added the Investments widget, you’ll be able to click on it from the Dashboard to pull up your investment account details.

Depending on your internet settings, your investment page may not display. If this occurs, click the link in blue as shown below:
