SF Fire Credit Union Payment Protection can cancel your monthly payments for up to 6 months or $6,000 during periods of disability and up to 6 months or $3,000 during periods of involuntary unemployment or unpaid family leave. The coverage can pay the entire unpaid balance of your loan, up to the agreement maximum, if you happen to pass away before it's paid off.
