Here at SF Fire, we are reflecting on a year that has come with unique challenges as we navigate the lingering pandemic, inflation, and a bear market.
While this has been a strenuous time for our employees and our members, it has also reinforced the unique power of credit unions to put people first. And on that note, we’re excited to share some updates that will help us continue to serve our members and give back to our Bay Area community.
New Services on the Way
Several online and mobile banking updates are coming soon to give you better control over your money wherever you go. We’re working on additional self-service card control options, such as the ability to load travel notes to keep your accounts safe. Additionally, for those looking to put some money aside, you can now open a Term Certificate at competitive rates.
New Branch Opening in Noe Valley
To expand our service for members in San Francisco, we are preparing to open a new, modernized branch in Noe Valley in early 2023. The new location will feature a new service experience for members, including self-service options. Stay tuned for grand opening information.
SF Fire in the Community
Our Shred Day event in September helped members destroy over 10,000 pounds of sensitive documents. Thank you to our staff who volunteered their Saturday to help keep our members safe and secure.
Looking forward, we’re honored to support the SF Firefighters Toy Program during the upcoming holiday season. The Toy Program makes the holidays a little more magical for children in need citywide, giving out more than 41,000 toys every year. You’ll read more about their mission here in the Siren Newsletter.
SF Fire is as committed as ever to serving our members and walking with you on your journey to financial health and stability, despite an unpredictable economy. We’re proud to provide you with the service, security and support you deserve.
