After our recent internal systems upgrade, you'll see some changes to your end-of-month statements. Learn what they are below.

Changes to End-of-Month Statements


After our recent internal systems upgrade, you'll see some modest changes to your regular End-of-Month Statement, your Visa Statement, and your Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) Statement.

The changes include:

  • Use of the new four-digit account numbers
  • Changes to how your transactions are described (effective for transactions on May 16th and later)

You will not see any changes to your First Mortgages, Business Loans, Student Loans through our partnership with Student Choice, or any investment accounts you have through CUSO Financial Services.


What to Expect on Your First Statement After the Upgrade


The first statement you recieve after the upgrade willl look a little bit different from future statements.

  • This statement reflects transactions and activity from our old system for May 1st – May 15th, in addition to transactions and activity from our new system, for May 16th – May 31st.
  • For this reason, descriptions for similar transactions conducted during the first half of May might appear slightly different than transactions during the last half of May.
  • One example involves the description "TE-ALKAMI," which describes a transfer that was performed by our Online Banking System before the upgrade. Transfers made after the upgrade will include descriptions such as "Online banking deposit" or "Online banking withdrawal." Please note that future statements will return to having consistent transaction descriptions. 
  • The statement may include transaction history dating back to April 1st on savings accounts (Regular, Tiered, Holiday, etc.)
